ABOUT THE DEVELOPER

 

King’s Point Cove, located in the beautiful Hill Country, is developed by Hideout Texas Land, LLC and JR Newman and his team of seasoned developers. Hideout Texas Land, LLC is a specialty finance company funded by the second largest bank in Germany. JR Newman grew up watching and working with his father as he developed residential resort properties throughout the states of Illinois, Missouri and Texas.  This experience gave him the opportunity to work with The Arnold Palmer Group in the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri.   

Prior to taking over the development of The Hideout project in 2008, Mr. Newman successfully developed three properties in the Hill Country of Texas over the course of twenty years:  Stallion Estates (1998), Cielo Springs (2001) and Vaaler Creek Golf Club in the Rockin’ J subdivision (2003).
